This is a great full-body workout for
ALL fitness levels. Whether you are brand new to exercise or a seasoned expert, EVERYONE is able to get a great workout with
Deborah on Tuesday nights. Stations of strength and interval training are spaced around the room and can range from 20-30
exercises. With now over 200 exercises on upper body, lower body, core, abdominals and cardio, you will not see the same workout
two weeks in a row! Deborah will be there to guide you through each of the exercises, helping you modify to ensure you are
performing the movement safely and helping make it easier or harder, depening on what YOU need. You will notice your strength
and your confidence improving each week. The best thing about this format is that because everyone is at their own station,
you can just focus on what YOU need and never feel the need to "keep up".

Get ready to start your weekend off in the best possible way with fresh air, exercise,
sweat and loads of laughs!! We hold this class outside as long as the weather permits us to do so. Combining strength training
with cardiovascular work and agility training using handheld weights, your own body and some of Deborah's favourite fitness
toys, you will be sure to get a head to toe workout in only 45 minutes! All ages, genders, fitness levels and experience are
welcome as Deborah encourages you to pay attention to proper form, go at your own pace and listen to your body. You will be
amazed at how fast the 45 minutes goes and how much fun you can actually have exercising! Even better ... just wait until
you realize all the things that you ARE able to do!! This class is challenging but VERY empowering! Please bring your own
handheld weights and a mat (extra are available if you do not have your own). We meet at the Gordon Snow gazebo at 8am.

on Monday, September 9th and if you register for either one or both of the eight week fitness classes, you will receive a
$20 discount off the online program! This will give you an edge in reaching your goals that rivals individual personal training
sessions at a fraction of the cost. With the online program, you will receive a flexible meal plan, weekly fitness plans,
regular challenges, an private website with an execise video library, video coaching sessions and a weekly check in with Deborah
to ensure that you are staying on track. Add that to actually working with Deborah in class once or twice per week and you
will be amazed at what you are able to achieve in only eight weeks! You can sign up by choosing the nutrition add on link
below or adding the discounted price of $77 (no HST) to the cost of your class when you pay in person or send an e-transfer.

* Cancellation Policy: When signing up, you understand that Journey to Wellness does not provide refunds
or credits on class registrations or punch cards. In the case of ILLNESS ONLY, Journey to Wellness will provide a class credit
equal to the number of classes remaining from the time a written physician's letter is received. This credit may be transferrable
if you are unable to return to future classes. You must notify Journey to Wellness who will be receiving the transferred
