STRENGTH CIRCUITS (TUESDAY)

Tuesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm starting January 8th
Gordon Snow Community Centre

Strength Circuits is a 45-minute total-body workout for overall strength, fat loss and muscle definition. My most popular class, it includes a circuit of exercises for every muscle group, interspersed with cardio moves and active recovery between stations where we use handheld weights, stability, Bosu, slam and medicine balls, exercise bands and our body of course!  I will help you through each movement, ensuring you are performing the exercises properly. This class is open to ALL fitness levels as we can adjust the exercise to match your ability and experience. You never need to feel the need to "keep up" because everyone else is doing something different! I welcome anyone who has never strength trained before and I will be there to help you with the exercises and show you that you can get stronger while having fun!

FIT CAMP (SATURDAY)

Saturday 8:00 - 8:45 am starting JANUARY 5TH
(OUTDOORS AND/OR INDOORS DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER!)

The Journey to Wellness Fit Camp is designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat and sculpt muscles, all in one workout. Forty-Five (45) minutes of alternating aerobic intervals and strength drills, stations, tabatas and core work, gives you a workout that will make you sweat yet is easy to follow. You won't find any fancy dance steps here and you'll never see the same workout two weeks in a row! This program is great for beginners AND advanced as everyone is encouraged to start at their own pace. Deborah will push you past YOUR comfort zone by providing alternate exercises depending on YOUR fitness level. Please bring along a mat, handheld weights (if you have them), water, towel and a positive attitude! Outdoor Fit Camp goes ahead rain or shine through October and we have the gazebo for protection if we need. We will move once the weather forces us to!

NUTRITION & ACCOUNTABILITY ADD-ON

When you attend my fitness classes, I am able to provide (some) control over what you do for that one hour each week. But this means that the remaining 167 hours are entirely up to you. Working hard for that one hour or perhaps even that one day, is great but unfortunately, if that is all you do, you will simply not see the results you are looking for. It's a reality that when nobody is looking and we have nobody to hold us accountable, our best intentions can usually fall short as the stress and busy-ness of our daily lives takes control.

To help you reach your goals faster, I have a special offer to all registered class participants. For an additional $87 ($10 off the regular rate), I will provide you with access to our 8-Week Online Body Transformation Program, which includes a flexible meal plan, at-home exercise programs, a private website and Facebook support group, weekly challenges and accountability for the full eight weeks. That's right, you get everything above and I will personally review your journal and provide recommendations based on what I see. Would you eat a little differently if you knew someone was going to be asking you about it? Do you think you may think twice about skipping a workout if you knew I would notice? What do you think having the accountability could do for you ... for only $10 per week?

  • With Credit Card or PayPal below by choosing the appropriate punch card and clicking "Pay Now" below.

* Cancellation Policy: When signing up, you understand that Journey to Wellness does not provide refunds or credits on class registrations or punch cards. In the case of ILLNESS ONLY, Journey to Wellness will provide a class credit equal to the number of classes remaining from the time a written physician's letter is received. This credit may be transferrable if you are unable to return to future classes. You must notify Journey to Wellness who will be receiving the transferred classes.
