Classes can be customized to your group's specific needs including, but not limited to Prenatal Fitness, Baby & Mom classes, Senior's Fitness, Teens and School groups, High/Low Impact, Stretching and Boot Camps! 
 

In addition to indivdual and small group training sessions, I also hold a number of classes. Please be sure to check back often for new class information.  Limited Spaces available. If a class has already started and there is still spaces open, please contact info@journey2wellness.ca regarding prorated fees.

UPCOMING CLASSES

Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp

No matter what your current fitness level, our Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps are all you need to get and stay fit! These classes are designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat and sculpt muscles all in one workout. Alternating aerobic intervals and drills with strengthening exercises, you get a workout that is intense yet easy to follow. Do not let the term "Boot Camp" scare you! This program is great for beginners AND advanced as everyone is encouraged to start at their own pace. Deborah will help you achieve the workout that is best for you by providing alternate exercises for YOUR fitness level. We sweat, we burn calories, we sculpt muscles and we have F.U.N!! 

Come enjoy the outdoors, good company and a kick butt program to shed those inches and put some fun back into fitness. Open to Men and Women. Drop in rates or punch cards available so there is no commitment required except the one to YOURSELF!  We have morning and evening classes to choose from. Outdoor Boot Camps run until at least mid October or until they kick us off the fields for winterJ

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00 a.m. and Saturdays 8:00-9:00am

Starting September 2nd, we are adding a Thursday evening (6:30pm) class to be held at the Holland Road School field. (See Map)

*Complimentary nutrition coaching and two free (before and after) body assesssments are available to all class participants upon request.

Fall Outdoor Stroller Fit (Bedford)
 
Join other moms and babies while you get fit this fall with outdoor Stroller Fit classes. Whether you want to get back to your pre-pregnancy fitness level or simply gain the energy you need to play with your children, Journey to Wellness is here to help you meet your fitness goals. Stroller Fit classes give moms the opportunity to exercise with their baby in a safe and fun environment. Keeping baby within arm's reach while you exercise is the ultimate time saver - no daycare or baby sitters needed. Classes will include a warm-up, low or high impact cardiovascular with easy to follow routines, walking, strength training, core exercises and stretching. And best of all, Stroller Fit helps to keep your child happy! Afterall, baby gets the best seat in the house to watch and help mommy exercise!

Indoor Fitness Boot Camp (Tuesday Evening)

This workout is designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat, sculpt muscles and improve agility all in one workout. Alternating aerobic intervals and athletic drills with strengthening exercises, gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow. This program is great for beginners AND advanced as everyone is encouraged to start at their own pace. Deborah will push you past YOUR comfort zone by providing alternate exercises depending on YOUR fitness level. Bring your water and a towel because everyone will sweat!!

6 Week Program beginning September 14, 2010

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Cost: $59 (Body Zone Members), $69 (Non-members)

Indoor Mom & Baby Fitness (Bedford)
 
Once the weather cools down, it is important to continue exercising with your little one. Build & Burn

Save time by getting your strength training and cardio class all in one. Who says you have to jump around to get a cardio workout? By completing a full-body strength training workout (weights) at a slightly faster pace, higher repetitions and fewer breaks in between, you are able to increase your heartrate into your target heart rate zone, without all the grapevines and jumping jacks!

Every Tuesday 8:30-9:30am
