The Rise and Shine Outdoor Boot Camp runs Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 a.m. and Saturdays from 8-9 a.m. at Georges P. Vanier field in Fall River.

The 8-week Stroller Fit class begins at Bump Baby & Beyond on the Bedford Highway on Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m.

If a class must be cancelled due to extreme weather (classes will still continue if it is overcast or light rain), this page will be updated 30 MINUTES prior to class time. When in doubt, please check this page. If HRM closes the field due to wet conditions, class will go ahead in the school parking lot.

OUR OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP MAY BE TOUGH BUT I'M NOT SURE WE ARE HURRICANE TOUGH! SATURDAY'S 8AM OUTDOOR FITNESS BOOTCAMP IS CANCELLED THIS WEEK.
