Personal Training

I have worked with people of all ages, physical abilities and goals. I can help you with weight/fat loss, increase strength, core stability, injury prevention, pregnancy, after baby or general well-being.


As your personal health, wellness and fitness coach, I am committed to helping you adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle so you look and feel your best. When you sign up with my one-on-one personal training sessions or 2:1 partner sessions, you can expect safe and effective programming, exercise variety, nutrition counselling, a kick in the pants when you need it as well as constant support and guidance. 


Included in all personal training packages are, in addition to the workouts together, at-home workouts, body & fitness assessments, meal plans, unlimited email or phone support and continuous accountability to help you reach your goals. 

BUT you can imagine that as a personal trainer and client, a realationship of trust and hard work develops and because of that and my limited time slots,  I have become more selective with people who I accept as clients. Please ensure you fit into the below criteria BEFORE to sign up for a free consultation:


* You have goals that could include body fat to lose, strength to gain, injuries to overcome or wanting an overall feeling of wellness.

You are absolutely ready to reach your goals. (i.e.) You've had your "Enough is enough!!" moment.

* You are willing and ready to make the exercise AND nutritional changes needed to reach your goals. (Deborah will guide you on this path)

* If you are wanting to lose body fat, you understand that in order to see results, you are required to make the necessary lifestyle changes. This means you will need to work on your goals outside of your one-on-one sessions. You will see Deborah 1-2 hours per week so this means the other 166-167 hours are entirely up to YOU.

* You are ready to be held accountable! For many, the accountability alone will give you the edge you need to succeed.

During personal training sessions, we will focus on cardiovascular exercise, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these depending on your goals, strengths and weaknesses.

Workouts take place in private so you can listen to the music you want, you do not have to worry about waiting for equipment or feel like anyone is watching you exercise. This privacy allows you to feel comfortable while you exercise. I strive to make sessions as individualized as possible, effective and lots of fun!
