Included in all personal training packages are at-home workouts, body &
fitness assessments, meal plans, unlimited email or phone support and continuous accountability to help you reach your

But be aware that because I only have a few new sessions open, I am picky about who I select
as clients. Please ensure you fit into the below criteria BEFORE to sign up for a free consultation:
* You have goals that could include body fat to lose, strength to gain, injuries to overcome or wanting an overall
feeling of wellness.
You are absolutely ready to reach
your goals. (i.e.) You've had your "Enough is enough!!" moment.
* You are willing and ready to make the exercise AND nutritional changes needed to reach your goals.

* If you are wanting
to lose body fat, you understand that in order to see results, you are required to make the necessary lifestyle changes.
This means you will need to work on your goals outside of your one-on-one sessions. You will see Deborah 1-2 hours
per week so this means the other 166-167 hours are entirely up to YOU.

During personal training sessions, we will focus on cardiovascular exercise, muscle-conditioning,
flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these depending on your goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Workouts take place in private so you can
listen to the music you want, you do not have to worry about waiting for equipment or feel like anyone is watching
you exercise. This privacy allows you to feel comfortable while you exercise. I strive to make sessions as individualized
as possible, effective and lots of fun!
