It doesn't matter if you have never tried a program before, or if you have tried every one out there! I promise that my programs work BUT only if you focus on your goals, let me hold you accountable and remain consistent over the next eight weeks. Your current fitness level doesn't matter! WHAT'S INCLUDED in THE 8-WEEK BODY CHALLENGE?

Workout Video Library
You will receive a new printable workout each week. The workouts will build upon the last so you are constantly improving your fitness level throughout the eight weeks. There is a complete eight week workout video library so you can follow along with all of your Strength workouts. You can do your workouts at times that work for YOU
You will have unlimited access to the private website so you can complete your workouts at times that work for YOU! A set of dumbbells and mat are suggested. A stability ball would be helpful but not necessary.
You will also have access to ONE FREE live or recorded fitness class per week if you would like to mix it up, but this is not required. The workout video library will give you what you need.
Inspirer members have unlimited access to all live and recorded fitness classes.
EIGHT WEEKS OF NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Macro organized meal plan
Broken down into what types of food to eat and when, this flexible meal plan will provide you with the structure of your meals, but allow you to choose the food you like. I will provide food lists so you know what would fit where. I can even help you break down your existing recipes.
This type of format is great for food sensitivies, allergies and preferences. Telling you to eat salmon and rice if you don't like salmon and rice will never help you learn how to eat PROPERLY! My goal is to help you develop strong LIFESTYLE habits so you can use this program long after the eight weeks is over.
RECIPE DATABASE
The private website also houses a recipe database with over 100 recipes (and still growing!). Recipes can be viewed online or printed in pdf format. They will be yours to keep.
Recipes are broken down so you can see where they fit into the meal plan.
I'll also provide tips on what and how to prepare food ahead of time. The key to success lies in the planning and I've taken on some of that work for you!
ACCOUNTABILITY
OK, so this is HUGE! I will be here for you EVERY... STEP... OF... THE... WAY! This is NOT a program that you just sign up for and then forget about a few days later.
When you sign up for the 8-Week Body Challenge, you will be expected to participate in the program fully, including submitting a weekly food and activity journal, that I will personally review!
I've available via email to answer absolutely any questions you have and I will respond each week to your journal, providing you with tips and suggestions to make this work for you.
SUPPORT & COACHING
I never want you to feel like you are in this alone so I have created a Private Facebook group specifically for Body Challenge members!
Not only will you be surrounded by others doing the exact same program you are doing, but I will be in the group personally throughout the program, answering questions and offering support.
Several times throughout the program, I will also host Group Coaching Sessions and you will also receive a weekly "challenge" to help keep things interesting as you try new things!
If you are brand new, you will also receive the Baby Steps email series during the first week to slowly help you incorporate all aspects of the program.
