Hello Unifor Local 4606 members and welcome to the Journey to Wellness Virtual Fit Camp Community!
I would like to invite each and every one of you to join my Virtual Fit Camp for the entire month of November with absolutely no strings attached. This is just my way of saying you are seen, you are appreciated and thank you!
The only thing you have to do to become a member from November 1-30th is to click on the JOIN VIRTUAL FIT CAMP button below and you will be taken to a sign up page where you'll need to agree to the terms and conditions by entering your name and email address. You'll then be immediately forwarded to the private Facebook group where all the goodness takes place!

No matter where you are in the world, what fitness level you currently are, what exercise experience you have, what gender you are, how old you are or what your body shape is, or even what you THINK you can and can't do, I will meet you where you are NOW. I provide modifications for ALL exercises so you can exercise at a pace that works for you. I never want you to leave a class frustrated or injured. If you need help, please ask! I always want you feeling tired but empowered when you finish a workout!
A Virtual Fit Camp membership includes unlimited access to to all live workouts plus recordings so you can exercise at a time that is convenient for you. You'll also have access to a library of a number of past workouts on demand, recipes and video coaching workshops.
Classes are offered 7 days per week and all regular classes are 45 minutes in length. All can be done from the privacy and safety of your own home.

- Every Friday morning a new 30-Minute Stretch recording is posted for you to enjoy all week.
- Both the Sunday Weekend Warrior and Monday Madness offer a variety of workouts with Deborah, and our amazing guest instructors (see fitness class page for bios)
- Speciality classes included but not limited to Kickboxing, Stability Ball, Pilates, Zumba, Total Barre, Pound and Yoga for Strength.
- A variety of On Demand workouts from past classes.
- Mindset and Nutrition workshops.
- Speciality Video Coaching Sessions on a variety of topics from meal planning, staying healthy as a shift worker, staying healthy during the holidays, etc...

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I access the classes and workshops?
A: Once you register HERE, you will automatically be forwarded to the private Facebook community where all the magic happens! There you will find access information and links to all the fitness classes, recordings, the On Demand workout video library, recipes, video coaching workshops and more!
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Although a comfy surface like a mat and a set of handheld weights are helpful, you can get started with absolutely nothing but your body. Find anything you have that would give you a little resistance like water bottles or soup cans! You also need a device to tune into the workouts with mobile service or wifi. We use Facebook and Zoom for classes and workshops.
Q: Can I join as a member after my free month?
A: Absolutely but you don't have to worry about that yet. I hope you will get in there and love the classes and community so much, you won't want to leave. I'll message to remind you, and provide you with some options closer to the end of November.
