FITNESS Classes
Saturday intervals ($10) and the monthly Meal Prep Workshop ($20) are currently the only classes offered with a drop in rate.

WEEKLY FITNESS SCHEDULE
There are five live classes per week to choose from, with recordings available all week. Most are VIRTUAL classes and require all-inclusive monthly Virtual Fit Camp membership (see membership page HERE for more information on what's included.)
The Saturday 8am outdoor class is held in Fall River, NS year round (weather permitting). We also hold the Thursday 6am class outdoors from May-July each year. Drop in, 5-class punch card or the unlimited monthly membership is available.
