Live & Recorded Workouts
You will have unlimited access to all six of my virtual fitness classes each week. You can work out with me live at the scheduled time each day or you can sign in at a time convenient for you the 24-hour recorded replay. A set of dumbbells and mat are suggested. A stability ball would be helpful but not necessary. A few minutes of extra cardio will also be added to the workout schedule each week.
Optional 6-Day Training Plan
If you prefer to workout on your own time or in a gym, you will also receive a printable six-day training program that includes Strength Circuits, Interval Training and Steady Pace Cardio.
FOUR WEEKS OF NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Macro organized meal plan
Broken down into what types of food to eat and when, this flexible meal plan will provide you with the structure of your meals, but allow you to choose the food you like. I will provide food lists so you know what would fit where. I can even help you break down your existing recipes.
Done for you meal plan
Sometimes we just like to be told what to do, which is why I'm making available for the first time, a complete 4-week meal plan with 7-days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. **Update: You now have EIGHT weeks of Done-For-You Meal Plans to choose from! Download them all - they are yours to keep.
RECIPES & GROCERY LISTS
No searching for recipes and no wondering if you have all your necessary ingredients on hand. I'll provide a number of healthy, fat burning recipes and corresponding grocery lists.
I'll also provide tips on what and how to prepare food ahead of time. The key to success lies in the planning and I've taken on some of that work for you!
You'll be amazed at how easy it is to do some prep work when you are organized and you'll be thrilled at how much time this will save during the week.
SELF CARE
I see it way too often! Someone dives into a fitness program; they exercise every day, they don't eat enough food, and they end up getting sick. This year it is even MORE important that we keep our immune system strong!
Exercise is hard on the body and that is why self-care will be a vital component of this program. Mom, no, you do NOT put everyone else before you any more. If you want to become a healthy and lean machine, they you have to make YOU a priority ... period. It's time you start putting your own damn oxygen mask on first.
We will be discussing ways to shed excess water weight, reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone that causes weight gain) and prevent injuries and illnesses.

I never want you to feel like you are in this alone so I have created a Private Facebook group specifically for IGNITE28!
Not only will you be surrounded by others doing the exact same program you are doing, but I will be in the group personally throughout the program, answering questions and offering support.
Several times throughout the program, Deborah will join you in the group for live Q&A or Masterclasses.
I will be here to hold your hand through the highs and the lows. Trust me, I KNOW it isn't always easy but I promise you that your discipline and your committment WILL be worth it.
