  • Have you ever wanted to meal prep for the week ahead, but not eat the exact same thing every single day?

  • And you definitely don’t want to spend your entire Sunday stuck in the kitchen!

  • That’s exactly why I host a 90-minute Virtual Meal Prep Workshop every month.

  • We create what I call a “fridge buffet”. We usually complete 4-5 recipes with a balance of protein-rich, fibre-focused recipes (and some healthier treats) that you can mix and match all week long. Many meals are freezer-friendly, so you’re not just prepping for this week, you’re setting up your future self too.

  • You’ll cook live with me, in your own kitchen, step-by-step. No guesswork. No "magic of television". Just simple, nourishing food that fits your real life, done in real time, with a real person, in her real kitchen.

Everything is designed to be balanced, satisfying, and flexible, so you can build meals that work for busy weekdays.

  • Recording is available for one month so you can come back to it anytime!
