Deborah is a CERTIFIED Personal Training Specialist, Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach, Yoga Instructor and Certified TRX Coach.
1-on-1 Personalized Workouts
Private sessions, either in-person in my private Fall River studio, or virtual are for those who are most dedicated and determined to make serious changes to their lifestyle, in a safe and friendly environment. This is an investment in YOU and you need to be willing and ready to make the changes required before you choose this option. A FREE consultation is required to make sure we are a good fit. Please do not take this lightly, I will expect you to do work outside of the time we are together.
Complete Nutritional Guidance
Nutrition is vital for fat loss, muscle building or just trying to living a healthier life. Often, it is even MORE important than exercise. You've heard it I'm sure - "You can't outrun your fork!" As a part of private training, Deborah will hold you accountable to your nutrition to ensure you are doing what you need.
*Please note that ALL online resources, virtual fitness classes, class recordings, meal plans, accountaibility and workshops are automatically included with your personal training package.
Prices for Private training vary depending how many sessions are purchased up front. Sessions range from $65-80 per session.
Private clients receive individual attention based on their challenges and fitness goals, plus an all-access pass to nutrition, accountability, in-person and virtual classes and online resources at no extra charge. I don't believe trainers should charge extra for nutrition, accountability or my fitness classes. You've invested the time and funds, you deserve every tool I have to offer.

*These sessions are on a first come, first serve basis and require the free consultation (in person or virtual) to ensure we are a good fit. After the free consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required before your weekly timeslot is secure.
