START UP & HABIT SETTING
Milestone: Understand your obstacles and set some habit goals!
Getting clear on what has been holding you back will always help you transition away from the habits that got you stuck in the first place. Set your personal agreements, by determining where you normally get stuck and set up solutions to those obstacles ahead of time.
Learn how to calculate your caloric needs (we don't count calories but it is still important to understand), macros and target heart rate zones for exericse.
You'll start with just a couple of small daily, healthy habits and you'll graduate to the next level as you complete the challenges each week, while getting to watch your progress in real time.

NUTRITION MADE EASY
Milestone: Feed your body and mind what they really need.
When you cut out junk and sugar, and replace them with water and nutritious foods, your body responds almost immediately. With less bloating and puffiness within the first two weeks, you’ll start loving how you look and feel in your clothes.
Whether you want every meal laid out for you or prefer to work with your food preferences, I'll help you take the guesswork out of what to eat and when, with both DIY and Done-For-You Meal plans.

Variations are provided for every exercise and I always encourage you to go at a pace that works for you!

My goal is to never leave you guessing. I provide the structure and guidance you need to stick to the plan and ensure you are spending each day on the things that matter most. Our weekly live check-in meeting will help you stay accountable to your goals, habits and personal agreement.

What is the Commitment?
🏋️ 3-5 Workouts Per Week: Choose from any of the five brand new live fitness classes or recordings every single week, or the 100s more in our On Demand Workout library. Classes range from 30-45 minutes. There are also 20 minute workouts available in the library for those days when you feel too busy to exercise. Rather go to the gym? Use the downloadable and printable workout schedule available. You decide how many workouts you will commit to each week and add them to your calendar for accountability. Your schedule, your call. Receive an exercise token for every live or recorded class you complete and use them towards our grand prize.
🥗 Meal Plans Made Easy (Lifetime Access): The DIY meal plans, ideal for those with food sensitives, allergies, and preferences, allow you to prep and eat according to a macro structure (protein, carbohydrates, fat, etc..). If you need all the guesswork taken out, use the Done-For-You meal plans. These guides, along with over 100 straightforward recipes and grocery lists, will save you time in the grocery store and the kitchen.
🥗 Meal, Activity and Habit Journals/Trackers: What gets measured gets managed. We start with your Progress Portal to keep track of your meals and activity. The weekly habit trackers are active for the entire four weeks. Simply one click per habit, and the tracker does the rest for you! Watch your pie charts grow!
🤝 New Member Orientation: There is nothing worse than starting something, feeling overwhelmed and not being quite sure how it all works. I don't want you to feel that way for one second! Whether it is just you, or a dozen new members, I hold a new member virtual call every Monday at 7:30pm ADT (6:30pm EDT) (except Victoria Day Monday, May 20). Any new members who join during the week before are welcome to sign in and ask questions.
🤲 Group Connection, Check-in and Accountability Calls: Our amazing community of like-minded women meet online every second Tuesday at 7:30pm ADT (6:30pm EDT). The accountabilty you'll receive with these calls will be a game changer! Have your food and activity journal or tracker, as we discuss important topics. Chat with your weekly accountability partner in our small breakout rooms. I am also available to answer any questions more privately if you need. Receive accountability tokens for every meeting you attend.
🍽️ Live Interactive Meal Prep Workshop: Master the art of meal prep with our virtual interactive workshop live or watch the recording. The May workshop will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 2pm ADT (1pm EDT). Learn how to create delicious, nutritious meals that align with your fitness goals and busy lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Deb!
I'm Deborah Peddle-Hann, your dedicated fitness and wellness expert from eastern Canada and voted one of Nova Scotia's top fitness professionals for the last four years.
I am on a mission to help thousands of overwhelmed, mid-life women all over the world, gain control of their body and health. These women, who have spent their adult life taking care of everything and everyone, are finally making themselves the priority and completely reinventing their body and mind to embrace mid-life!
Not only are we adding years to our life, but LIFE to those years!
And finally, I'm a 50-year-old mom of three (one adult and two pre-teens), so I'm all about living a REAL life! We don't need six-pack abs to be healthy, but I also deeply understand the desire to feel freakin' amazing when you put on an outfit you love.

It is important to remember that we are working on more than just a "challenge". Throughout the challenge, we will be using your successes as inspiration to propel you forward. There is no need to worry about doing it all on your own once this challenge is complete - that can be scary! You will automatically continue to be a part of our amazing Virtual Fit Camp collective starting after your first four weeks for $89 CAD per month for everything, including any future challenges! I don't believe in surprises so I will send out plenty of reminders during the last week. If you wish to continue, you do not have to do anything, your membership will automatically continue. If you love the accountability and want to upgrade to the Inspirer membership, or if you wish to cancel at the end of the challenge, just send me a message and I'll take care of it immediately. Q: What classes and workshops are included?
A: Live classes are offered 5 days per week and most regular classes are usually 30-45 minutes in length. All can be done from the privacy and safety of your own home. If the live class times don't work for you, the recording of the class is available for 48 hours so you can exercise at a time convenient for you.

- Thursday Early Bird Express (30 minutes)
- Saturday Intervals (locals can join outdoors when weather permits)
- Specialty classes include Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pound Fitness, Stability Ball and more.

- Rapid Express Playlist includes 15-20 minute workouts and stretching recordings when you are really pressed for time.

Q: How do I access the classes, workshops and Virtual Fit Camp community?
A: Once you register through one of the links above, you will automatically be forwarded to the online platform and receive your welcome email. Your access will begin on March 28 in order to get ready for the challenge starting on April 1.
In the welcome email, you will also find the link to our private (optional) Facebook community where you will find the recipe database, event reminders, fun challenges, and more!
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Although a comfy surface like a mat and a set of handheld weights are helpful, you can get started with absolutely nothing but your body. Find anything you have that would give you a little resistance like water bottles or soup cans! You also need a device to tune into the workouts with mobile service or wifi to attend the live classes / workshops or watch the recordings.
Q: Is this challenge/program for women only?
A: Although the Virtual Fit Camp tends to mostly attract people who identify as female, please know that EVERYONE is welcome in my space, and I try to make it as safe as possible for all. I absolutely do not tolerate bullying of any kind. Although this has never been a problem with this amazing group, I am not afraid to remove anyone exhibiting non-inclusive behaviour - without refund.
Q: Do I have to be in shape to start?
A: Goodness no! That is why I am here - to meet you where you are NOW and help you on your own journey to wellness. I provide modifications for ALL exercises and I constantly encourage you to go at a pace that works for you.
Q: Do I have to pay with Credit Card?
A: Credit card is the easiest way to sign up because you just have to click the link below. I do accept e-transfers on a month by month basis, which must be paid by the last day of the previous month (ie) May's payment is due April 30. Please send your e-transfer to info@journey2wellness.ca. I also have PayPal available and can send you a separate link if you prefer that method.
Q: How do I cancel my automatic payments?
A: Send me an email and I'll take care of it right away. No questions asked. You also have full control of your payment methods right in your account.
