Deborah’s program is very user friendly and not intimidating and she inspired me from day one! I started personal training with Deb 5 years ago. As a former fitness instructor, I knew that I had to do something to regain my health, but a serious back injury had derailed me and life always seemed to get in the way. Then I walked into Deb's studio and found not only a top-notch trainer and motivator, but a dear friend. She has been a constant over the years as I dealt with the demands of work and turmoil in my personal life, always reminding me to make my health and well-being a priority. Sometimes I haven't always listened, but Deb has always been there to help me turn things around, and when needed, tell me to get my head out of my ass!! I am 52 years old, and proud to say that I am fit and have ZERO back pain!!! The last few months during the pandemic have been tough, but Deb has risen to the challenge.
